We decided to invest in the Galvalibs 2.0 for both of our production lines to ensure continuous oversight of pot chemistry. While a learning curve was associated with implementing new process equipment, Tecnar’s exceptional customer service was instrumental in guiding us through every step.

Our reliance on the Galvalibs 2.0 for providing reliable and precise continuous pot chemistry has been invaluable. It allows our operators to redirect their focus to other essential tasks, knowing that the Galvalibs’ self-diagnostic capabilities and indication of any issues leave little room for doubt. Maintenance is streamlined with SOP’s built into the HMI to bring any user quickly up to speed.

The Galvalibs allows us to review past events and address issues promptly before they escalate. Its ability to minimize the need for pot sampling has significantly improved operator safety by reducing interaction with the melt, fostering a safer working environment.

The stability and longevity of the Galvalibs’ calibration further enhanced our operational flexibility, accommodating our ever-changing production schedule. With the calibration unit, we now only need to use the lab once a week to verify the Galvalibs’ measurements. Eventually, we anticipate eliminating the need for lab usage altogether.
